We start with a conversation about where you feel most like yourselves. Sometimes that's a coastline three hours away. Sometimes it's the field behind your first apartment.

Then we go there, bring a thermos, and let the afternoon unfold. Our prompts are built around movement and touch rather than poses, so what you see in the photographs is how you actually are together.
